Morris Bench, known by his code name "Hydro-Man", is a supervillain. At some point in his life, he became involved in an incident which changed his physiology, granting him hydrokinetic powers. After being inadvertently freed from his S.H.I.E.L.D. prison by Spider-Man, he is recruited by Doctor Octopus to be a member of the Sinister Seven.
